Founded in 1904, the leading sake brewery of Fukushima is determined to craft sake with clarity and without regrets, especially in the aftermath of the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake.
The names ‘Tenmei’ and ‘Akebono,’ both signifying “dawn”, reflect the essence of their sake.
This drinking comfort gently caresses the tongue, reminiscent of the early morning sun’s light.
The brewers aim to encapsulate Fukushima’s spirit through their sake, utilizing local materials and forging a connection to the future.
